Privacy Policy

CFB Pick'ems (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Visory AI. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We collect only what the app needs to run your pool:

• Account information — your email address and an optional display name. Authentication is handled for us by Supabase.
• Pool activity — the pools you create or join, your weekly picks and bonus picks, and your computed scores and standings.
• Messages— any messages you post in a pool's chat.
• Technical data — standard server and security logs (such as IP address and request times) generated by our hosting and database providers.

We do not collect payment or financial information. Any money exchanged within a pool is handled by its members outside the app; the app does not process or hold funds.

How we use your information

• To create and operate your account and pools.
• To record picks, compute scores, and display standings.
• To show pool members each other's display names, picks (after the week locks), standings, and chat messages.
• To secure the service and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who can see your information

Your picks, scores, display name, and messages are visible to other members of the same pool. Picks are hidden from other members until that week's submission deadline has passed. We do not share your information publicly or with anyone outside your pools.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors to run the app:

• Supabase — database hosting and user authentication.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, picks, bonus picks, scores, pool memberships, and chat messages, and deletes your authentication record. This cannot be undone.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in the app.
